This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection, paired with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, combined with a bronze wear ring for internal clearance control. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly containing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which allows operation in fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The construction includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. This cartridge design, which houses permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, allows for standardized service components across the assembly.
This pump includes a 1.5 HP or 2 HP motor power capability within a 56 frame housing. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
