This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge, paired with a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This cooler-running design isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump has a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system temperatures up to 250°F.
The unit has a 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM, with an ODP enclosure and a 200-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
