This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and face plate, paired with a cast iron bracket and an alloy steel shaft equipped with a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve. A mechanical seal assembly resides within the unit, including a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The construction includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the rotating assembly from system fluid temperatures.
The pump operates with a 1/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 115V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
