This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket, a stainless steel impeller and shaft, and a bronze face plate. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly containing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This assembly is paired with a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the grease-lubricated ball bearings from high temperatures. A 2" flange set is included to facilitate connection to the piping system.
The motor has 1/3 HP output, 1750 RPM operating speed, an ODP enclosure, and a 115/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
