This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections with a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, while the mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements, as the design uses common service components throughout the assembly.
This unit comes as a less motor assembly configured for direct coupling, allowing for the selection of an appropriate motor to match specific horsepower, operating speed, enclosure type, and voltage and phase power supply requirements. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
