This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while a cast iron bracket supports the assembly. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures, combined with a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. The unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and uses a standardized cartridge and seal arrangement to simplify routine maintenance requirements.
The assembly ships less motor and uses a 133-031 bracket for the drive installation. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
