This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge. Construction consists of a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft, along with a bronze face plate. The replaceable bearing cartridge contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, isolating them from system fluid. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers manages sealing at temperatures up to 250°F. The 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter manages fluid flow.
The unit has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor with an ODP enclosure for a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
