This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge connection with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft include stainless steel materials. It contains a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly with a Sealide C silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F.
The unit includes a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 200-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
