This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection, built with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and impeller use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron and the wear ring is bronze. The replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures and contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings along with a stainless steel shaft. This pump also has a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, which accommodates system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge design allows for common service components, and the arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
This unit includes a 3/4 HP motor, operating at 1750 RPM, with an ODP enclosure and a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
