This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection. The construction includes a stainless steel casing, a stainless steel impeller, and a bronze wear ring. It uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The internal rotating assembly includes a stainless steel shaft, paired with a mechanical seal that has a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This pump manages system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The impeller measures 7.9 inches in diameter to move fluid through the system, while the cartridge construction allows for common service components across the line.
The motor has 2 HP, operates at 1750 RPM, includes an ODP enclosure, and uses a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
