This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge connection with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, shaft, and face plate use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from the system fluid. The unit has a mechanical seal assembly built with a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers for operation at temperatures reaching 250°F. The construction meets NSF-61 standards for specific fluid applications. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements, with the design allowing for common service components across the system.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor paired with a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
