This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection. The construction consists of a stainless steel casing and impeller, a cast iron bracket, and a bronze wear ring. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings that isolate components from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. A stainless steel shaft connects the motor to the impeller, while the standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance.
The motor operates at 1.5 HP and 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, paired with a 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
