This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge connections with a 6.40" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. This unit includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. The construction includes a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the internal bearings from the system fluid, which operates at temperatures up to 250°F. This cooler-running bearing cartridge design serves to improve service life and allows for common service components across the product line.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP motor rated at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
