This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection along with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, combined with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly houses the stainless steel shaft and isolates the internal bearings from system fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. The internal mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, a carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This pump meets NSF-61 standards and includes a standardized cartridge and seal arrangement to simplify maintenance requirements.
The unit uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 115/230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
