This in-line pump has a 1.5" suction and discharge connection along with a 4.75" nominal impeller. It uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft to manage fluids at temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly includes a cast iron bracket paired with a stainless steel face plate for structural support. Inside, a replaceable bearing cartridge contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for the fluid handling system.
This unit is configured for motor installation and does not include a factory-supplied motor, operating speed, enclosure, or electrical power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
