This in-line pump includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly has a 5.75" nominal impeller diameter and 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections. A mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers to manage system temperatures up to 250°F. The unit uses a replaceable bearing cartridge that houses permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearing assembly from system fluid temperatures. Standardized cartridge construction simplifies maintenance requirements.
The pump uses a 1/2 HP motor at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
