This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge design allows for common service components throughout the fluid handling assembly, while the construction materials accommodate high-temperature applications.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC unit with a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
