This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge, constructed with a stainless steel casing and impeller. The assembly includes a cast iron bracket, a bronze wear ring, and a stainless steel shaft. Inside the casing, a replaceable bearing cartridge isolates the internal components from system temperatures reaching 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge design allows for common service components across the product line, while the cooler-running geometry protects the bearings from fluid thermal transfer.
This unit runs on a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with a 115V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
