This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller for 2" suction and 2" discharge connections. The 6.15" nominal diameter impeller sits on a stainless steel shaft within a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly containing a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This construction handles system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The cartridge design isolates the bearings from the system fluid and includes standardized components to simplify maintenance throughout the life of the equipment.
The unit has a 1 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure powered by a 230/460V 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
