This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection. The construction consists of a stainless steel casing and impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket containing a stainless steel face plate. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly houses a stainless steel shaft, which isolates the bearings from the system fluid. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The 4.90" nominal impeller diameter moves system fluid through the cartridge assembly, which remains standardized for consistent serviceability.
The motor has a 1/2 HP rating, operates at 1750 RPM, and comes with an ODP enclosure powered by a 115/230V 1PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
