This in-line pump uses 2" suction and discharge connections to move system fluid. The unit includes a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the bracket is cast iron. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures, creating a cooler-running design. The mechanical seal assembly, consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, allows operation up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while allowing common service components throughout the assembly. The hydraulic profile corresponds to a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter.
This pump has a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
