This in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge connections with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The construction consists of a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. A bronze face plate rests within the bracket, which holds a replaceable bearing cartridge. This cooler-running bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures and includes a standard Type 21 mechanical seal. The seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components to withstand operating temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while facilitating common service component usage across the product line.
The unit includes a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
