This in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge connections. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. Its hydraulic configuration includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the internal ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The assembly uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, which handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while allowing for common service components across the unit.
The pump accepts a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor for a 230/460V 3PH power supply, mounted via the included bracket. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
