This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge, operating with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. A bronze face plate accompanies the bracket assembly. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly containing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which allows for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The pump uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, creating a cooler-running arrangement. This cartridge design simplifies serviceability, paired with a standard Type 21 mechanical seal construction to reduce maintenance requirements.
The pump includes a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor for operation on a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
