This in-line pump has a 1 1/2-inch suction and discharge connection. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, paired with a bronze wear ring. It includes a 4.75-inch nominal diameter impeller within the housing. The pump assembly uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The internal arrangement uses standardized service components, allowing for simplified maintenance and seal replacement.
The motor operates at 1/4 HP and 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, powered by 115V, 60Hz, 1PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
