This in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports and a 5.65" nominal impeller. The construction uses a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller, and a stainless steel shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket containing a bronze face plate. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly holds the rotating components and separates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly includes a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which allow for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements across the pump assembly.
The unit includes a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, powered by 230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
