This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge ports, matched with a 4.75" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket for rigid housing, combined with a stainless steel shaft. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid, which handles temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This unit is built with a long motor bracket, which supports the coupling of a motor for operation.
This unit is supplied as a less motor configuration, accommodating various motor power, speed, and electrical requirements compatible with the long motor bracket. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
