This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports paired with a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller. The pump housing includes a cast iron casing and bracket, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. Fluid containment relies on a mechanical seal assembly equipped with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This construction supports operation in systems with fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the shaft bearings from system fluid temperatures, while the standardized cartridge design allows for common service components across the product line.
The unit uses a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
