This in-line pump has a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures for cooler operation. The unit includes a 1.5-inch connection and a 6.35-inch impeller. It uses a Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. The standardized cartridge arrangement allows for common service components, and the construction promotes reliable operation within closed-loop HVAC systems. This unit also includes permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings within the cartridge assembly.

The pump uses a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure, and a 200-230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
