This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge connections with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket includes a stainless steel face plate against a cast iron housing. The unit meets NSF-61 standards and operates at temperatures reaching 250°F. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly holds the rotating components, which the system isolates from fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance by allowing common service components across the unit.
The motor is a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency, TEFC unit compatible with 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
