This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge configuration with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The construction consists of a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearing components from system fluid temperatures. The internal configuration uses a mechanical seal assembly equipped with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, suitable for operation in temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump uses a 0.5 HP, 1750 RPM motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 200-230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
