This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses stainless steel construction for the casing and impeller, paired with a bronze wear ring and a stainless steel shaft. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers maintains pressure integrity, while the cooler-running bearing cartridge isolates the internal components from the system fluid temperatures. The replaceable bearing cartridge assembly includes permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which simplifies long-term service requirements. This foot-mounted configuration operates at system temperatures up to 250°F.
The 1 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure and uses a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
