This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly includes a 1 1/2" suction and discharge connection along with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. It uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which allow for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge design enables common service components across the unit.
The motor has 1/4 HP and operates at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure for a 115/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
