This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports. The unit consists of a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the internal bearings from the system fluid temperatures. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly containing a Sealide C stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers for fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. This standardized cartridge construction allows common service components across the line, while the configuration simplifies general maintenance requirements.
This motor runs at 2 HP and 1750 RPM, housed in an ODP enclosure powered by a 200-230/460V, 3PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
