This in-line pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The unit has 2" suction and discharge connections and a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. Internal components include a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The shaft is combined with a Type 21 mechanical seal assembly, which consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge design allows for common service components throughout the unit, simplifying maintenance requirements.
This unit includes a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
