This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, configured for a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft consist of stainless steel, while the bracket uses cast iron. This unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge arrangement allows for common service components across the product line, which simplifies maintenance requirements.
The unit uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM motor with a TEFC enclosure, operated via a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
