This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge, with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft consist of stainless steel. The assembly contains a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the internal components from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A mechanical seal assembly, which includes a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, manages fluid containment. The unit includes a long motor bracket to accommodate the drive system while maintaining the standard cartridge arrangement for serviceability.
This unit is supplied less motor, requiring the attachment of a compatible power unit to meet specific HP, RPM, enclosure type, and voltage or phase requirements. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
