This in-line pump includes 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller. The casing and bracket have cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. It uses a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, suitable for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The internal arrangement allows for common service components across the product line to simplify maintenance.
The system uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM motor with a TEFC enclosure, compatible with a 115/208-230V 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
