This in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge connections to accommodate fluid movement. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller and a stainless steel casing. This same stainless steel material makes up the impeller, while the bracket uses cast iron and the internal wear ring consists of bronze. A stainless steel shaft connects to a mechanical seal assembly, which includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This configuration supports continuous operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The internal replaceable bearing cartridge contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolate the rotating components from system fluid temperatures.
This unit includes a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC, 115/208-230V, 1PH, 48 frame motor. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
