This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly with a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which allows for fluid temperatures up to 300°F. This standardized cartridge design uses common service components across the line to simplify maintenance requirements.
The unit has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor, operating on 115/208-230V/60/1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
