This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge ports paired with a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, while the bracket consists of cast iron and includes a bronze wear ring. A stainless steel shaft supports the rotating assembly within the cooler-running, replaceable bearing cartridge. This pump includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, accommodating system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge construction isolates the permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings from the system fluid, which simplifies long-term service requirements.
The system runs with a 1/2 HP motor at 1750 RPM, equipped with a TEFC enclosure and 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
