This in-line pump uses 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports to move fluid with a 5.75" nominal impeller. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft consist of stainless steel construction, while a cast iron bracket supports the motor assembly. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearing components from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The pump uses a standard mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge construction allows for common service components across the assembly, which simplifies maintenance requirements for the hydraulic section.
This unit has a 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM, with an ODP enclosure and 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
