This in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge connections. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the mechanical components from system fluid temperatures. A mechanical seal assembly with a Sealide silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers manages system pressure and fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements, while the cooling design assists with long-term reliability in various HVAC applications.
The pump uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor paired with a 115/208-230/60/1V power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
