This in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge connections to handle system fluids up to 250°F. The construction consists of a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft to maintain structural integrity. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, which includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This configuration isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures for increased reliability. The unit has a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter and includes a mechanical seal assembly composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber elastomers, creating a standardized arrangement that simplifies maintenance.
The pump operates with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC, standard efficiency motor wired for 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
