This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports paired with a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller. The pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, while the impeller and shaft include stainless steel construction. It is equipped with a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and it handles system temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge design allows for common service components, and the arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
The pump uses a 1/3 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and 115/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
