This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket for structural support. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which allow for operation at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements, with common components throughout the product line.
The unit includes a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for 115/230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
