This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge configuration with a 4.75" nominal impeller. The pump uses stainless steel construction for the casing and impeller, paired with a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates these components from system fluid temperatures. The internal assembly uses a stainless steel shaft combined with a mechanical seal arrangement consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This unit handles fluid temperatures reaching 250°F.
The motor is a 1/4 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC unit for 115/208-230/60/1 power supply, mounted within a 48 frame. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
