This in-line pump includes 2" suction and 2" discharge ports with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket consists of cast iron. It meets NSF-61 standards and handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The internal assembly includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, paired with a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This configuration isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures to maintain performance integrity within the hydraulic housing.
The unit comes with a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor in an ODP enclosure, configured for 200-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
