This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection for standard piping integration. The hydraulic construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft for durability. The unit uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. It is equipped with a standard mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The 6.15-inch nominal diameter impeller rotates within the cast iron housing to facilitate efficient fluid transfer in mechanical hydronic systems.
The pump has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure motor powered by 115/208-230V, 1PH electricity. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
