This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge connection with a 6.35" nominal impeller. Construction includes a stainless steel casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket and bronze wear ring. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance by allowing common service components across the unit.
The unit accepts a 1/2 HP motor within a 48 frame size. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
